Dear 2008 Milwaukee Brewers:

Thank you.  Thank you for a memorable season and for the excitement of the final week of the season.  Thank you for the Summer of Sabathia.  

Thank you for bringing playoff baseball back to Milwaukee, something I thought I'd never see.  Thank you for making Brewer games an event, and for the first time I can remember made Brewer games a tough ticket.

Thank you for making Milwaukee a baseball town again, and hopefully waking a sleeping giant.  Thank you for making guys like Seth McClung, Gabe Gross, Mike Rivera, Mitch Stetter and Ray Durham household names in Wisconsin.  

I'll never forget this season, and I'll never forget winning a playoff game.  To every player and person involved in the organization, thank you.
