Rickie Weeks is done for the year, and that's a bad thing. What a difference a year makes.
You feel really, really bad for Rickie right now. Everything seemed to click for the guy this year. Man does this suck.
The Brewers lose a guy who was putting up career years, and one of the more dynamic leadoff guys in baseball as of right now. Let me say it again, this really sucks.
Where do the Brewers go from here? Platoon Counsell and McGehee? Sign Ray Durham off the street? Trade for a verteran second baseman?
My vote would be for sitting down with JJ and asking him to move to second for the remainder of the year and calling up Escobar, but I don't really see that happen.
Man does this suck...
